Asalamualikum Everyone

I am writing today after a long break due to health issues. Coming back to the topic of professionalism, I’ve realized that it’s about much more than just earning — I’ve actually practiced it in my role as a teacher and learned a great deal.

In the early stages of my career — even up until last year — I often mixed emotions and personal attachments with my professional life. I considered my colleagues like family. While a few truly valued that bond, most of those I treated with love and respect turned out to be quite different when it came to pursuing their own interests.

I am truly grateful to my Creator, Allah, for guiding me through every small step — many of which I once took for granted. I firmly believe that every difficulty brings with it a new lesson and marks the beginning of a new chapter. Now, with a few years of experience behind me, I’m learning to separate emotions from my professional life. Unexpected events often carry the most valuable lessons. May I gain the strength to stand on equal footing with others, while preserving my self-respect and humility. Ameen !
